I order these tires falken at/4 265/75r16. Man I'm in love in how they look and they feel pretty smooth.
Maybe I am missing something. The Kenda tire sidewall says 30 - 50 PSI. Normally I would inflate to 45 PSI or so for road use. When I put an inflator on the tires they become quite firm at 15 - 17 PSI and ride well without excessive drag. It also feels right from the thumb on the tread test.
Falken Wildpeaks on my truck. They disperse heavy rain quite well.
I have a set of Falken at4w. Just drove thru nasty sleet/snow/freezing rain and they handle so good I almost forgot it was nasty out. The downside is they do tend to get a little vibration around 56-60mph when not inflated correctly (low)
I just replaced my AT3Ws with a set of AT4Ws (time for new new tires, no other reason) and to be fair neither of them looks very aggressive to me. That being said I absolutely love my Falkens and will probably never run anything else on my TJ.
Best tire I've ever ran is the Falken f-ice studded. I've now bought my 4th or 5th set. Low speed they're all pretty similar but the f ice handles highway speed surface changes with less drama than anything I've ever ran.
Falken Wildpeak AT4 in load range SL have been fantastic. I had older Duratraks on it before, and hated them.
I had Open Country tires and they were horrible. Currently have falken wildpeak and they aren't amazing but 10x better than open country from my experience.
Stock tires on my CrossTrek were Ziex Falkens and were done by 30k. But stock tires are crap for the most part
My wildpeaks only lasted a little over 18k miles or 30,000km
I felt they were more of an aggressive appearing road tyre
I had the AT3s, definitely the opposite experience in my case as I don't recommend them unless you spend most of ur time on pavement
but left me unimpressed
