Falken wild peaks have been pretty great for me. Just got another set after many miles of about that same on/off-road split. Low road noise and excellent grip in snow compared to others in the category.

Pros: pretty great, low road noise, excellent grip in snow

I'm riding the falken wildpeaks. Drove a week, and the tires helped me one night that I drove while it was raining, and a deer (probably a buck honestly) hit the back of my truck while running across the road. I should've lost grip, but those tires held. I kept them and didn't look back. They do take down MPG and have some road noise. They are on the heavy side, but honestly? I love them. Someone also noted bumpiness, but my truck is a bit more heavy with bit metal bumpers, front and rear

Pros: excellent grip in rain, love them
Cons: dropped MPG, road noise, heavy
Vehicle: Toyota

With regular tire rotation I used the tires that came with the car for 65000 miles. I think the brand was Falken. 2019 Forester. My driving is mostly city driving in New York City, which has rough roads.

Pros: long lifespan (65k miles)
Mileage: 104607 km

My 2019 Crosstrek Limited made it to 90k miles on the original Falken Ziex tires before it got close to the wear indicator. Probably coulda done better if I rotated as often as I was supposed to

Pros: extremely long lifespan (90k miles)
Vehicle: Subaru
Mileage: 144841 km

I ran 265/70/17 Wildpeaks on my stock 2018 for years and had no major issues with them. They are a bit heavy and my personal experience was they did not balance the best, but maybe that was addressed with the AT4s.

Pros: no major issues
Cons: a bit heavy, did not balance well
Vehicle: Toyota

I got 60k out of Falken Wildpeak A/T. Only rotated them once, probably could have gotten 70k if I rotated them more frequently. Mostly highway miles.

Pros: long lifespan (60k miles)
Vehicle: Subaru
Mileage: 96560 km

I’ve enjoyed mine as well, and I’m about due for a new set.

But, just tossing this out there, I found they aren’t as grabby in soft sand or wet snow as I would have liked (conditions I find myself in).

They’re hyped up, and I liked mine, but don’t plan on getting them again.

Pros: enjoyed them
Cons: not grabby in soft sand, not grabby in wet snow, won't buy again
Vehicle: Toyota

Look out for shoulder cracks on the Falkens. Tread might look great, but the tread cleats will start to crack on the shoulders. Nothing you can do about it. Plan on replacing them around 25-30k miles.

Pros: great tread
Cons: shoulder cracks, early replacement
Mileage: 25000 km

Falkens don't last more than 30k miles. The rubber starts to break down after 16mo. Tread is fine, but they start to crack at the shoulder. Even if you rotate them like a good human, even if you park in a heated garage, even if you wash your car every week or two. Big box tire shop and the manufacturer won't so anything for you either. Happened to me and will NEVER buy them again.

Pros: hazard replacement warranty
Cons: rubber breaks down
Vehicle: Subaru
Mileage: 30000 km
