UHP All Seasons are what your looking for. Michelin Pilot Sport AS4 or Continental DWS06+.
I've had Continental DWS06+ tires on my Passat for about 10,00 miles. Good all season tires, even light snow. Good tread wear, so far. Quiet. I'm happy.
After an absolute ton of research and talking to a lot of people, I decided on the Continental TerrainContact A/Ts. Compared to the stock destinations these tires have at least double the performance and grip in both snow and wet. They're a tiny bit louder on grooved surfaces, but it almost isn't noticeable. They feel a like the side walls are a little bit stiffer, which isn't a bad thing, but don't ride any harsher. Honestly, I'm very surprised at how much I like these tires.
My 2008 is350 on continental Dw06 extreme sport runs like a dream
I live in Chicago, so we get some good cold and winter conditions. I recently put Continental DWS06+ on my Giulia, they were great in the late summer, and have been great in the snow as well. I highly recommend them after a few months of use.
For a longer lasting summer tire you can check out the kumho ecsta sport S, Michelin pilot 4s, or Continental extremecontact sport 02.
I put continental cross contact tours on my cheap hyundai accent and it made it so much quieter.
I have them on my Alfa Giulia and I live in LA so for me they do wonders. I can speed down the freeway in the little rain we get with absolutely no issues. And off road/ cold weather grip is still really really good.
Got a this set of GP5000 28mm last year and have not many miles on them, maybe 300-400 mi. total. Shame to see this sidewall fail so quick, is it a fluke? What could have caused it?
My experience with Continental Tire...I loved them. My wife loved them. Right up to the point that the second set tried to do us in. Driving home to the SF Bay Area from So. Cal on a hot summer day. Right rear tire fails suddenly and catastrophically with 2/3rds of the tread separating from the carcass.
