Timing belt kit AISIN or Gates

I went with Aisin, been working for the last 30k miles.

I just got my 2015 Accord V6 (J35Y1) timing belt kit replaced at 112,000 with an AISIN kit which is a rock solid OE timing belt kit. I am very happy and confident with it.

Aisin is the only belt kit. Everything else is ersatz.

Interval is 60k miles (100k km) or 5 years. If the belt let's go, so do your valves and maybe a piston. Buy only Gates complete timing belt kits from a genuine vendor.

Aisin kit for timing etc is good and internet approved.

I did the Aisin from rockauto and 30k on it with no issues.

Got the Aisin kit on mine. Just hit 35K with it. So far so good. I used the belt that came with the kit.

Aisin is good, I’ve run them on both of my Acuras with no issues.

I would highly recommend Aisin if you plan on keeping the car for a long time.

The gates kit is junk and is Chinese parts, I know this from experience. Don’t risk it.
