Oil filter Motorcraft or MOTUL

Motorcraft Oil filter

I use Mobile 1, 5/30 in my F150 EcoBoost...287K on it. Change every 6K . And I am an absolute believer in OEM filters. My new Bronco gets the same treatment. Don't skimp on the filter.

Pros: believer in OEM filters
Cons: Don't skimp on filter
Vehicle: Ford
Mileage: 287000 km

Motorcraft Oil filter

While Ford said you can use 5-20 I know where I live it gets warmer than 86 degrees so in my F150 I run 5-30 or 10/40.

I’ve had no issues with synth and have 255k on it.

Also…I would recommend a Motorcraft filter.

Pros: no issues with synth
Vehicle: Ford
Mileage: 255000 km

5000 miles, full synthetic, Pennzoil Ultra Platinum. Do it myself to make sure it's done right. Use the Motorcraft OEM filter.

Pros: done right

Mileage: 8047 km
