I just replaced the plugs and coil packs on my 2016 granted it’s the 2.4l engine but I purchased the Delphi coil packs and they seem to work great and solved my misfire issue (80k miles on the odometer).

Pros: work great, solved misfire issue
Vehicle: Jeep Renegade
Mileage: 128747 km

You seem like a VW guy so you probably know this, but new ignitions coils! I've had 7 cars with considerably higher mileage than my TT, TT is the only car that I've had a coil die on.

Cons: coil die
Vehicle: Audi TT

OEM Volkswagen Ignition coil

I started having some minor issues at about 45,000 miles (solved by changing the coils), and other people have had similar experience... So I change them that often.

Pros: solved minor issues
Cons: minor issues at 45000 miles
Mileage: 72420 km

They don’t look like OE plus they have Delphi stamped on them. I’m pretty sure Delphi is not an OEM for BMW. The tarnishing looks like rust which could be explained by the use of inferior materials.

Cons: inferior materials, tarnishing/rust
Vehicle: BMW

They’re made by Delphi but they are different internally than the Delphi gn10571 or whatever they are, in the aftermarket. I had misfire issues and strange electrical feedback with Delphi aftermarket.

Cons: misfire issues, strange electrical feedback
Vehicle: BMW
