Headlights OEM Honda or OEM Mazda

coming from a 2013 that did not have LED headlights, the 2026 headlights are amazing. I can drive without my brights on and still see well at nighttime. I also have vision issues driving at night and have not had issues with my passport.

My 21 with the multi beam LED headlight is super bright.

They’re excellent headlights. I’ve driven my ‘26 numerous times at night and the visibility is great.

Hey there. Wanted to comment on this as I noticed the same thing on my '22 when I bought it.\n\nThis is normal. DO NOT TAKE THEM APART!\n\nWhat you are seeing is the line between the high and low beam LED arrays in your headlight. The new design in '22 made big improvements to the headlight performance and this line is a result of that.\n\nI agree it is somewhat distracting but the new design having more LEDs available for the high beams makes a huge difference in how well they light up the road when they are on.

Are yours set to auto? Consider taking it to the dealer to see if your headlights need to be adjusted.

They are not dim, but they are not the brightest LEDs ive seen, thats for sure.

But by no means are they dim

I had that AT. The twin headlights look nice, but standard light was only the right one, the left was high-beam only. Many people modded that ofc.

I drive a Mazda2. The sheer joy of having those big "trucks" behind me at night is amazing. I need sunglasses at 8pm because those fuckers are brighter than the sun. Cop it in the side mirrors and the rear view mirror.

7th gen Civic headlights were worthless. A bunch of flashlights duct taped to the hood would be an improvement. Honda must have gotten an earful because the 8th gen Civic had excellent units.

Headlights are generally useless. Mine are yellowed, fogged and badly pitted from goodness knows what. I need to replace them sometime this fall before The Great Darkness® sets in.
