Morimotos are designed to have that pattern. It's least blinding to oncoming traffic with higher output from both sides. Excellent quality in my experience.

Pros: excellent quality, higher output

I have the Morimoto's on my 2020. I am very happy with my Morimoto's and do believe the price is worth it. Aesthetics and uniqueness are important to me, and I am willing to pay a premium to achieve that at the detriment of my wallet. So that gives you an idea of my logic. I will gladly pay more for not having something that's common. The low beams are better than stock, but underwhelming. High beams are amazing. Another con is the serviceability, if something goes out I need to replace the whole assembly, which sucks. Except the blinker of course.

Pros: worth the price, unique look, amazing high beams
Cons: underwhelming low beams, poor serviceability

But after watching this I really like the Morimoto headlights, and for half the price of the Alpharex.

Pros: like Morimoto headlights
Cons: half price of Alpharex
Vehicle: Toyota

If we're talking headlights, oem 1000%. Morimotos are good too (output and spread) but they have qc issues. Avoid Alpharex like the plague. They have terrible beam patterns.

Pros: good output and spread (Morimoto)
Cons: QC issues (Morimoto), terrible beam patterns (Alpharex)

Morimoto will give you the best light output, but quality has been hit or miss over the last few years.

Pros: best light output
Cons: quality hit or miss

I got these lights a little over two years ago. One light had the led plank go out. Got it replaced under warranty but still have to go through the hassle of removing it and shipping it. They also charged my cc for the replacement light until they received my faulty one then refunded me. Second light had a bad shake when going over bumps. Turns out it was the shutters the projectors use. After I got that replaced under warranty I just sold off the set at a loss and went with alpharex.

Cons: led plank went out, bad shake
