I've used Mobil1 many times but my last oil change I decided to use Valvoline 5W-40 MST SynPower which is actually on the list as a 502.00 oil.
Valvoline full synthetic 0W-20 changed every 5k, oil filters I prefer oem but recently it’s been whatever is on sale at advanced auto
Been using motul 8100 eco
I use Motul 300V. No complaints.
My next step is to switch the oil to Motul 8100 X-Cess (this is what I used in the past before moving to Ottawa).
Motul 7100, I use the same kind. Love the smell of motul oils.

I run Motul 800 at the Motul recommended mix of 50:1. I use a JD jetting kit and my bike never spooges as long as I never let it sit and idle.
Just changed oil today (same oil as above) at 104,728 miles. Purrs like a kitten.
Valvoline Synpower 5W40 I've been running this (VW 502.00 approved) in our '07 Audi 2.0TSI for over 100K mlies, 10K oil changes, and no issues.
