Engine oil RED LINE or MOTUL

MOTUL Engine oil

However my "go to" oil in the last two oil changes was the Motul Specific 508 00 509 00 0W-20.

Pros: safe choice
Vehicle: Volkswagen Touran

MOTUL Engine oil

For such a climate as Mexico I'd stay away from 0w-20 and go at least to 0w-30 or 5w-30, last one being the OEM afaik.

Tbf my specialized mechanic put 5w-40 LL-04 Motul in mine for years and it's been blissful.

Pros: blissful experience
Vehicle: MINI

MOTUL Engine oil

Pros: arangkada at tahimik makina
Cons: delay at ambilis mag bawas
Mileage: 1000 km

RED LINE Engine oil

Redline is great, used it for years in a track car.

My STI also used it for a while (0w40), but then switched to Rotella.

Pros: Redline is great
Vehicle: Subaru

MOTUL Engine oil

I use the Motul 8100 5w30 normally , just recently tried the 5w40 but I’m about to change it back.

Car feels slugish with the thicker oil.

I don’t like that ????????‍♂️

Cons: car feels slugish
