Ravenol user here (previously motul and shell user). So far, engine temp is 1 line lower, quieter engine, and very slightly better fuel economy. Ravenol for the Altis 2.0, yaris, and rav4.

Pros: quieter engine, better fuel economy
Cons: none

On 2006 F800S i have used Ravenol. I tried Shell, BMW oil(Shell, basically) and Ravenol. With Ravenol- no false neutrals. At stops i was able to find neutral almost instantly... And engine sounds somewhat "greasy"

Pros: no false neutrals
Vehicle: BMW

I use Pennzoil "Ultra" Platinum for my 2010 with 5.4 Triton and it runs amazing. At one point I did try Royal Purple but my engine was actually noticeably noisier so I switched back.

Pros: runs amazing

Vehicle: Ford
Mileage: 320000 km

I used Valvoline synthetic in my first SHO, and I am using Mobile 1 in my latest SHO. I tried Pennzoil in my 5.0 (Windsor) and all the lifters started clattering.

Cons: lifters started clattering
