Engine oil PENNZOIL or MOTUL

Pennzoil Platinum Synthetic. My 1988 740 has near excellent compression at 245k og miles.

At the very least, make sure you're using quality oil like Mobil or Castrol or Pennzoil.

I have a Svartpilen 401 2024 model. I did a 500 km ride recently, I didn't notice any drop in the oil level. In India, the engine oil used for these bikes is Motul 7100 10w50 Fully Synthetic.

I use Pennzoil Platinum 5W-30 in my 2011 328ix (N51) I believe that is the recommended viscosity.

Not a Tiguan thing, but I switched from Castrol to Motul oil and stopped the oil consumption I was having.

I use 5w-30 pennzoil ultra platinum full synthetic with the oem motor craft oil filter

I change my oil every 3k miles

I recently switched to fully synthetic motul 7100 10w50 too, which did help a little, but didn't solve the issue.

Don\u2019t buy the xcess version. Causes weird engine deposits. Stick with xclean.
