Upping your oil change intervals to 5000kms wouldn't be a bad idea. I use motul 5w40 and haven't had issues
I have a Svartpilen 401 2024 model. I did a 500 km ride recently, I didn't notice any drop in the oil level. In India, the engine oil used for these bikes is Motul 7100 10w50 Fully Synthetic.

Not a Tiguan thing, but I switched from Castrol to Motul oil and stopped the oil consumption I was having.
Doesn\u2019t hurt so why not. I feel like that\u2019s the main answer and what pushes me to do it.

The Motul would be my choice. With your temperatures its the best optione between them.
I recently switched to fully synthetic motul 7100 10w50 too, which did help a little, but didn't solve the issue.
Don\u2019t buy the xcess version. Causes weird engine deposits. Stick with xclean.
