I use LiquiMoly TopTec 4600. Meets the BMW LL-04 spec for diesels.

I'm stage 3+ on e70. I was using 0w30 top tec liqui moly until stage 3 when I switched to 5w40 top tec.
I've used liqui moly top-tec 4200 5/30 on mine for the past few years, no problems.
I've run LiquiMoly 5W-30 with the correct BMW engine ratings for over a decade now. Regular changes every 5k miles or 12 months and runs smooth as butter.
Every 5,000-6,500 km oil change using **VW.508** oil (NO 10,000 km oil changes)... Oil like Liqui Moly **Top Tec 6200 0W-20**
I have a plug for Liquimoly so I run that year round.
I did an oil change with liquimolly 5w-40 and added liquimolly lifter additive, and drove it for a week hoping it would go away.
