Powerstop Z-23 Carbon Ceramic.. I used these on my C63 and they were far superior to stock in performance without any dust.
I swapped to Z26 pads a few months ago. I got sick and tired of the insane amount of dust from the stock brake pads. The Z26 pads offer enough street performance for sure. The amount they dust is a SIGNIFICANT amount less. I have taken the Z26 Pads to the Tail of the Dragon and I have not had issues. I also don't drive the car anywhere near the limits so if you plan on tracking it, the stock pads are probably better.
I swapped in a set of Powerstop Z26 pads at around 5k miles and have loved them ever since. 1/4 of the brake dust and I notice no difference in performance which includes spirited driving and avoiding the occasional deer. I actually just replaced my first set of Z26s. They had about 60k miles on them with a little ways to go so they hold up well.

When I had my ST, I did EBC Redstuff pads, and Geomet coated rotors. Low dust, great stopping power, but the pads are a little pricy. I recently moved on to a Golf R, and I wanted to try the Z23 Power Stop pads off Rockauto. I can say they’re pretty much indistinguishable from the Redstuff pads. They have a bed in procedure that you have to go do, otherwise they will feel meh. After bedding them in, they feel amazing!
I put powerstop pads and rotors on my truck about 100k miles ago. Still have those rotors, but have replaced the pads. They lasted as long as I would have expected.
As someone who has put this brand on my car for the last 6 years, they work great, tbh. I have had no issues with them.
Drive an 02 subaru bugeye
In my experience, I went like 70k miles on the factory brakes. I then went with various rock auto/duralast/car quest rotors and pads over the years and they all sucked longevity wise. Maybe half the life. Warped quickly, reduced bite sometimes
Powerstop ceramic. When I got my 2016 2SS I couldn't stand the brembo pads. Horrible dusting.
