I run Z36s on my 2001. They are fantastic, and have served me well towing and off roading. You probably don't *need* drilled and slotted rotors, but if you're doing it yourself you're already saving money. It's an upgrade from stock for sure.
Got them on. Lasted for a good amount. 20k miles. Weekend track slowing from 160mph+ don’t use ceramic pads something softer would be better
Update: I bought the Powerstop z26’s (I thought I bought the z23’s) but they so far work great!
I’ve used the powers too kits with success in the past but now I just run duralast gold ceramic pads and gold rotors. Haven’t have any issues towing with them in 3 years
I got a kit from Powerstop with drilled/ slotted rotors and ceramic pads. Huge boost in braking power.
I am using POWERSTOP brake pads and drilled and slotted rotors. They work just fine!
Just today installed powerstop z32 pads and evolution coated rotors. Best you can get without making the jump to EBC pads.
I think the kit you linked would do you well, I've had ceramic pads before from Power stop. Just follow the bed in procedure and you'll be good. Less brake dust too if I'm not mistaken.
I put these on and there’s a noticeable increase in stopping power.
I use Powerstop Ceramic brake pads. Ceramic pads last longer, brake smoother, and little to no brake dust on rims ????????
