I would recommend Hawk HPS pads. They bite instantly, so they could be a little noisy if you don't grease the backs. They aren't great on dust, but you will always have a lot of brake dust due to the size of the brakes. The performance is probably the best available for non race applications. I have never experienced brake fade, but I do have a heavily modified brake system.
i decide to swap for BBK Discs front mercedes GL 350mm drilled Textar's i pads Hawk Performance 5.0 rear discs 310mm drilled Textar i pads Hawk performance 5.0
I have scirocco 10.1's up front and 8(?) discs out back with mk4 calipers. All four have Hawk HPS pads I believe. They're more than enough stopping power, OEM, and very affordable if you buy them on vortex, ebay, or a junkyard.

Hawk HPS are outstanding, good bite with very linear feel and low dust
I've been happy with my Hawk HPS. I don't track my car, but they handle the dragon fine.
I use Hawk HP Plus pads on track days. They bite great when cold and can take some punishment. They howl like a banshee during normal braking
All the people complaining about the noise of the Hawk, i cannot say that i experience the same result. They are a little squeakier than the OEM pads of course, but they aren't like full on race brake loud like people have reported. Maybe my experience is the outlier here, because i was really happy actually with them on the track
The hawk hps are great. The dust is really easy to clean. I argee the initial bite is not as good as stock. Do not use on the track i over heated them as well.
From my personal experience with the hawk hps pads, stay away from them. Absolutely garbage past normal operating temperatures. They were however quiet and low dust.
