I recently changed entire front end + all 4 rotors and brakes and even asked them extensively about future parts availability.

Avg cost for me has been around 2.5k-3.5k for normal services (oil changes, washers etc.) else big services have been around 5k which includes brake pads, spark plugs etc.
Replaced front and rear pads once. Front pads didn't need to be replaced, but I had them anyway so I swapped them out.
Replace Brake pads front P2000
I've done about 4000 miles on it this year and it's really grown on me. It's comfortable enough, the brakes are really good, the abs isn't overly intrusive. The handling is decent, the geometry is definitely more about stability than agility.
For the record, my wife has a 2014 Honda Odyssey with 175,000km on it and she's had zero problems aside from normal stuff like changing her brakes and whatnot. That thing is a tank.
Finally did brakes all round last year...had been warped for a long while, but held up well
I have a Honda Pilot and it needed brake pads at 65k miles. The mechanic told me he replaces pads on Chevy Silverados at 25k miles.
I did have VTC rattle on startup but it went away before I could get around to fixing it. I also had the injectors fail, which were covered under that warranty recall. Also have a leak on the inside of the vehicle from a rear speaker gasket, that will be fixed when I get around to it in the coming weeks. I only learned I had a leak because the interior was moldy and moist. My brakes failed on track mostly likely due to me overheating them, and not properly cooling them down. I ended up melting the O ring on the piston itself. Never really got to diagnose what the issue really was just what I saw and felt. Replaced with "Integra Type R Big Brakes and a Mini Cooper Rotor". Somehow my compressor clutch wire was chopped in half, which caused me to replace the compressor. Though I probably could've just fixed the wires, but I already bought a new compressor so I just replaced it.
