I bought the r1 concept rotors+brake pads. They look great and have lasted for about a year no issue at all. Good quality
I have R1 Concepts on my daily R, I was fortunate to get them when they were on sale through their e-bay store. They work very well on a daily and the brake dust is very low. I really like them.
I was also looking at these. The price looks great!
I've got the Bosch on my Ghost and completely agree. It's an amazing setup. I've got 8000km on mine and it rides like new whenever I change the pads and lube it. I look forward to my commute every day.
ATE OEM size Front (288x25) & Rear (232x9) Brake Discs Bosch Quietcast front & rear brake pads
I switched over to R1 Concepts rotors and ceramic pads and haven't had to clean brake dust since ????????
I'm running bosch quietcast ones on mine. They were on rock auto for like $70 shipped for both front and rear. They are ceramic
Decided to pull the wheel, and found a TRW stamp on the caliper, so it's been ID'd. Anyone need a set of Bosch BC1456 pads for the Bosch calipers?
I installed new front brake pads (Bosch quietcast 621) and they squeal when I'm driving with them. It doesn't seem to be generating a crazy amount of heat or wear but it's really annoying. So it turned out it was the clips that came with the pads. When I installed the new pads I didn't pull out the tab on the bottom clips. Driving with the new clips damaged them so they were no longer usable. I took the pads off and put the old clips on properly and the sound was gone.
Replaced front and rear pads with Bosch quietcast ceramic pads. Greased the back of the pads and slides. Pads squeak obnoxiously when cold. So when I roll out of my driveway and brake it’s loud. Then down the street I brake and it’s loud. But once I get rolling onto the main road and they warm up it makes no noise.
