Brake pads Bosch or OEM Subaru

After replacing the brakes with Bosch and tires with Michelin CrossClimate, over 30k miles later and brakes have at least another 50-60k life left, and tires too, since they have 80k miles warranty.

You’ll be good either way. Bosch is great

Bosch, Powerstop, Dynamic Friction, Brembo blanks, and Akebono are awesome alternatives.

I have those same pads on my 2018 PP and they don't squeal at all

I didnt care for the feel of the pedal. Actual performance of the brakes is fine.

the VB brakes are fine until they get really hot at which point they fade badly.

Stock pads are ass and spongy.

None of those vehicles had as garbage brakes or any problem stopping way before getting near hitting another car in an emergency braking situation ever.
