Brake discs Zimmermann or OEM Toyota

I have Zimmerman rotors with Textar pads on my 19 alltrack. I’m actually looking at these for my Tiguan too!

Zimmerman are pretty decent got a pair on mine

I've used Zimmerman rotors with Akebono pads... Less brake dust. I've used TRW in the past and way too much brake dust for my liking.

Been running Zimmerman for over a decade, never had an issue.

I got Zimmermann coated rotors and TRW Ultra ceramic pads, but I just daily mine and it never sees the track.

Zimmerman blanks and EBC reds have been great for me

I would run Zimmerman Sport drilled rotors on my A4 with EBC yellows and they were outstanding.

The best combo was Zimmerman blanks and StopTech pads.

I did Zimmerman/Akebono on my e39 about 3000 mikes ago. My only complaint is the bite. It doesn't have that initial braking force the OEM pads had. It still slows the car down without fail, just a different feel.

I’m getting issues with rotors warping on my 2002 E53. I bought Zimmermann smooth rotors couple of years ago and they’ve been lathed couple of times now. At one point I had to replace Zimmermann pads too as they were excreting glue or something that caused “falling stars” on the rotor faces.
