Zerex G40 is pretty good. Made by Valvoline and has G12++ spec.
I use peak 50/50 blue European with no issues
I used the Peak coolant that was pink, it's been a few weeks and no catastrophe so I think you are fine.
I use the purple peak G13 in mine - from autozone. Its actually more pinkish when it pours. Made sure to flush with distilled water before adding the new coolant just in case but its been fine in my car. Don’t overthink it!
50/50 Peak blue. Everyone says BMW brand but not everyone has a bmw dealership near them nor what’s to pay out the ass for coolant. I’ve had BMW’s for 23 years and they run perfectly in many ways. All I ever used was Peak 50/50 Blue
Been using Peak Final Charge Global in everything. 2004 f150, 2018 ktm 300, 2015 ktm 1290, Yamaha FJR....top offs / mix complete changes with flush. No issues with any.
I went with Valvoline Xerex G40. BASF G40 is the equivalent of G12++. Valvoline/ZEREX G40 Euro Pink coolant meets this newest worldwide standard BASF G40 and German standard VW G12++ .
Brands I recommend are of course Toyota OEM Super Long Life coolant and surprisingly Walmart Asian Red Super Long Life coolant (actually comes out pink ) has never failed me and I offer that as an option to my customers. Then there is the Valvoline zerex Asian I don\u2019t highly recommend this coolant but it does work just not that well from my experience.
I used the pre-diluted Peak European Vehicle formula. It is Hybrid Organic Acid Tech HOAT which is the same as the Genuine BMW brand.
Blue antifreeze that says European only. Your local autoparts store usually has PEAK Euro full strength or Pentofrost NF (G11) antifreeze. Either one of those is good, just dilute it 50/50 with water.
