I used the pre-diluted Peak European Vehicle formula. It is Hybrid Organic Acid Tech HOAT which is the same as the Genuine BMW brand.

Pros: same as Genuine BMW

Blue antifreeze that says European only. Your local autoparts store usually has PEAK Euro full strength or Pentofrost NF (G11) antifreeze. Either one of those is good, just dilute it 50/50 with water.

Pros: good, dilute with water
Vehicle: BMW

I prefer peak brand 50/50 premixed. The pink or red Asian import coolant is the only thing I would ever put in my toyota or Scion. It's the same stuff that comes in them from the factory with hybrid organic acid technology (HOAT). Coolant not only keeps your car from freezing in the winter, it has corrosion inhibitors to keep your engine healthy.

Pros: factory match, corrosion inhibitors, prevents freezing
Vehicle: Toyota Camry

I put purple in my 2015.

I'm the kind of person who uses 100% OEM whenever possible, but I wasn't actually able to find OEM G13. Not sure who the OEM even is.

The purple "Peak" brand coolant in your image is the only kind I was able to find. I've got about 10,000 miles on it and it's been just fine so far.

Pros: been just fine
Vehicle: Volkswagen
Mileage: 10000 km

The Peak coolant that is the correct color for your year, i.e. pink for the MkIV, is fine. I have been using it for several years with no problems.

Pros: no problems for years
Vehicle: Volkswagen
