I swapped my fog light bulbs out for some Hella-brand yellows, but they ain’ hella yellow lol. Still, I like the look.

Tomorrow I will install a set of Philips 12834UNIX2 X-tremeVision LED Fog Light bulbs. Those are not junk and have a resistor already built in. I have those on my Accord and love them! They are only for fog light application and should match the LED Headlights.

After finding the 6500K bulb color i wanted on eBay for only 9.99$ per set, i immediately ordered two sets. I also found some German HELLA yellow/gold H3 fog light bulbs, for only 17.95$. Got them all on the 11th and couldn't wait for night to fall... finally, the drivers shots -- i'd say just the 6500K is about 25% better at lighting up the road And visibility; with the H7 & HELLAs i'd say the combo is 33% better than the OEMs, plus the yellow really helps even more... i think i remember someone being warry of the 6000-6500K lights being 'Too Blue' -- i can say, though it is my opinion -- that these are really great replacement for the 'standard OEM color' halogen bulbs.

The visibility of my jetta ecode fogs are pretty weak at night if you do not turn on the low beam. However, sometimes I turn on my fog lights while driving at night, it helps lighting up the side only, not the front. btw... I uses Osram all wheather bulbs. pretty cool, eh?
