I'm not entirely AC Delco or genuine GM only on that part. I'd consider Denso or Nissens from the online sources I mentioned.
Owner reviews for AC condenser
I just bought a Nissens condenser (very good quality) from rockauto and had it installed for under $500 with a charge. 13 grand Cherokee. The dryer was built into it, I think a lot of jeeps are this way now.
'21 WRX. AC condenser went out, the infomaintmwnt unit would glitch / shut itself off / become unresponsive, but worst of all was the rod bearing saluting to the world and sending itself into the rest of the engine.
Turns out a stone punctured the A/C condenser.
The rear ac condensor did go out but Volvo agreed to fix it for free even though it wasn’t under warranty since it’s a known issue
Ive had them for about 3.5 or so years now, and its been a nightmare. I bought the platinum "covers everything except whats in this list" coverage to the tune of almost $4000. I am currently on year 2 with NO ac in my 16 escalade, because the ac condenser failed, cracked.
Have a 2020 civic had the condenser replaced at 30k and again at 66k and the only fix Honda has is to replace the same defective parts done with Honda once the warranty extension runs out
