Volvo 480 owner here - armrest with cupholders. Very rare accessory. Not so much for the cupholders, but because it has a higher armrest.

I do change oil and brake pads by myself for my xc60 and xc90.

I\u2019ve owned an S60 T8 for 2 and a half years now. Like others have said Volvo PHEVs deplete the battery first by default before touching the gas engine.

I have been driving a 2023 S60 Recharge for 2 years now. If someone told you it's bad to drive them with the battery depleted, they lied to you.

The original water pump will most likely last the entire lifespan of the car. The only water pumps that fail are the aftermarket ones. If you still feel the need to replace it, I would only recommend an oem pump.

I had one 2021 S60 until last month, great for travel, very comfortable, lots of space for two kids.

Only issue was the windshield, change 3 , one for year, talk to the mechanic and said it’s ok, I think the quality of the parts is not what it was.

Volvo uses a softer compound. I think they call them comfort brakes or something? I would always get about 40k miles out of my pads on my XC90. I switched to an Acura MDX and got 140k miles out of my pads. Volvo brakes work really well but I’ve never had a set last really long time.

Dealer then replaced them and that worked, then started streaking again. It's just a hassle always returning them or going to the dealer.

Wipers on a brand new V90 CC 2024 were bad from the dealership.

New blades makes it better for a little while, but it's not long before the driver's side in particular streaks and doesn't make contact very well.
