I run the DSW06 Plus year around even on my race car. They're much better than the ProContact but they will not last as long. They also are a bit louder but pretty dang grippy even in severe weather.
I got continetals and they have been great so far.
I finally decided to try out some tires that might be closer to a road tire... I decided on the Continental Contact Urban’s in 700x 42mm.
I did my first big commute on them last week, and also rode around town all weekend. I‘m super impressed! They roll very fast! Great grip cornering tightly on pavement and they don’t feel the least bit sketchy on gravel or dirt sections...On the sections where I usually average 13-15 mph, I was getting more like 14-17 mph...But overall, a noticeable improvement.
I’m on my second set of nittos and they have been great got around 60k out of the first set they are nice and quiet for a aggressive tire and I never had any problems in the rain also great in mud and snow
The continental extreme contact sport dws06+ is grippy enough for spirited summer driving and handles well in snow. Not as good as a snow tire but as good as you can get with an a/s. Highly recommend
Continental ExtremeContact DWS06. It’s Continental’s premium all-season tires. I’ve had them now for two years and they have been excellent.
Depois troquei pelos continental e foi da água pro vinho...
Bought my Nitto Terra Grappler G2s last 2018.
Mejo "noisy" siya sa road given that it's an A/T (All Terrain) tires, compared to a H/T (Highway) Tires.
But it still has so much treads after having it for 70k kms. Im still using it until today.
I found a wood screw neatly inserted into the sidewall so it couldn't be patched. $400 for a new Continental.
When I got my TRD Pro that came with the stock nittos I couldn’t stand the road noise, immediately swapped them out for K02s and it was a world of a difference, I haven’t run other popular tires but I would never recommend the nittos after my experience.
