I’ll third the Continental ExtremeContact Sport 02s. Every bit of what you’d expect from a flagship summer performance tire. Dry grip is phenomenal, with excellent wet weather performance. Steering feel has been very complementary to the quick rack on the Giulia. Noise level is very good, considering the overall package - much improved over the original ECS I had on my SS. I don’t think you can go wrong with either these or the PS4S.

Pros: phenomenal dry grip, excellent wet performance, very good noise level

I also put Continental ExtremeContact tires on. While they recommended summer performance tires, I went with all-seasons. A little more sidewalk flex but I still had to drive it when conditions got below freezing.

Cons: sidewalk flex
Vehicle: Ford Focus

I have the Continental Extreme Contact DWS 06 Plus tires on my SHO and absolutely love them. So far I have not had any issues with the lighter snows we have had here in northern Virginia.

Pros: no issues with snow
Vehicle: Ford

Haven't used them in the snow yet but Discount Tire will match Walmart's $146.00 price on the 235/50/17 Continental Pure Contacts. I've had really good luck with Continentals on my Edge, Taurus and Fusions. They've been OK in Michigan winters but nothing spectacular.

Pros: good luck with Continentals
Cons: nothing spectacular

Every time this is question is posted, I have the same answer: Gatorskins suck, by the Conti 4 seasons. Yes gator skins are tough, but they also feel like they're made of soap when cornering in the wet. 4 Seasons are *so* much more supple.

Pros: more supple, higher tpi
Cons: feel like soap
