I'm personally very happy with my Bridestone Pole Position RE960AS tires. (Way better than the Goodyear Eagle LS's the car came with) They withstood several trips to the track this summer, and seriously outperformed anyone there when it was wet out.

In the early years (1998-99), it ran simple bolt-ons (intake, exhaust, header, no cat, software, pulleys, ac delete, LSD), but that's about it. The car did struggle on the top end grunt sometimes, but the torque was definitely there coming out of the corners...
I had Kenda Kountachs and they served me well, only really got pinch flats ever and that was 100% my fault.
Nothing wrong with Kendas. They get the job done.
I live in Langley. I run Bridgestone Blizzak LM-25 which work great for the amount of snow we get, while still being a decent performance tire.
Having had a set of Pilot Alpins on a car, I can tell you that they're fantastic tires in nearly every situation. Only criticism is treadwear.
After some research I ended up with set of Vredestein Sportrack 3.They are summer tires test winners in Germany. Made in Holland, speed rating V, should be really good on wet as you can see.
Mine are at ~28 to 30psi on 205/40/16 Toyo Proxes4 16x9 RH wheels
i agree, i run falken rt-615 on my mustang, they are ok in the rain. old pavement when wet proves to be a little tricky at times.
I agree with the above poster; the Pirellis were less then impressive. Im at the end of the life of my 2nd set and have gotten 36K out of the 1st and 31K out of the second. They have cupped horribly, and consequently they are noisy as hell.
