I had similar problems with mine until I tried stock F80 M3 plugs. Mfg #12120039634KT1. Mine was 07 N54 FBO.

anecdotally, my truck was at 226k when i changed the plugs. motor craft plugs coated, no anti seize, torqued tighter than advised. probably 20lb ft. 2 rear plugs were originals. i’m now at 235k and nothing wrong yet.
I still put a small dab even though the NGK plugs recommend against it. I change my plugs every 15-20k because I have a tuned Focus ST. I already went through 3 sets of NGKs with no problems doing the small dab
I've had multiple Chevy engines that gave random misfire codes with autolite plugs- then ran fine on ngk.
I replaced them with AC Delco 14 Platinums, and it seems to be running better.
I’ve found that Motorcraft platinum spark plugs work best in my 1998 Ford Ranger. I tried Bosch plugs and it ran terribly. Nothing but Motorcraft from now on (for Fords).
I bought some Autolite double platinum spark plugs because they were on sale at the Napa where I live but everybody I have tried asking to help me do my spark plugs has gawked as soon as I say "Autolite" and tells me that I'll have nothing but issues with those plugs and that "they're only good for Fords" basically.
Champion is shit for cars. Leave it for mowers and weed eaters.
I would return them and get Motorcraft anyway. Champion is garbage.
