Tires MICHELIN or Nokia

MICHELIN Tires

I've ran Michelin Pilot Sport 4ASs the entire time I've owned mine. They handle brilliantly and deal with rain exceptionally well.

Pros: brilliant handling, exceptional rain performance
Vehicle: Lexus

As for the tires, the OEM tires are Michelin EnergySaver AS w/SelfSeal. If something else is in place, it can reduce the range by 5 to 10%.

Pros: best for efficiency
Cons: sacrifices everything else

MICHELIN Tires

I tried Michelin 3PMSF All-Weather (AW) CrossClimate2 (CC2) H-Speed rated tires and was amazed by the quietness, performance in deep snow, slush, wet & dry conditions. The CC2 provides better performance than both OEM and winter sets combined, returning the same summer/winter mileage on my Niro and 2004 Toyota Sienna. After 56,000 miles (90,000 km), I replaced them with a new V-Speed rated set. This second set is even grippier and more stable, now at 49,000 miles (79,000 km) with 7mm tread depth.

Pros: quietness, excellent performance, grippier, stable
Vehicle: Kia
Mileage: 79000 km

Nokia Tires

Our 3 year old WRG4 were done due to dry rot as well. Nokian have good winter rubber, but I stay away from their all seasons & all weathers.

Pros: good winter rubber
Cons: dry rot, bad all seasons
