I can only talk about the X-Ice Snow and for only one season, its probably the best performing winter tire I've used and is rather quiet. They claim they'll outlast their major competition but I can't verify.

Pros: best performing, rather quiet
Cons: longevity unverified

MICHELIN Tires

The Michelin Road 5 and Road 6 have a "GT" version with an extra ply for heavier bikes. I have Road 5 GTs on my RT and Road 6 on another bike and they're pretty great.

Pros: pretty great

Good move! I’ve got 4 of those baby’s waiting for the new Clubman to arrive. Great tires. Noise reduces after a 1000 or so. Fantastic any time of year but especially in snow and rain.

Pros: fantastic in snow and rain
Cons: noise reduces after 1000
Vehicle: MINI
Mileage: 1000 km

MICHELIN Tires

We have these on one of our FWD cars, and the Bridgestone WeatherPeaks on another FWD car. If you deal with snow for a decent part of the year the WeatherPeaks are a phenomenal tire, basically a snow tire with a high wear rating, the Cross Climate 2 is OK in snow.

Pros: OK in snow
