As for the ride, it is very quiet and more comfortable with the larger sidewall vs the 22. The road noise is about the same as the OEM, which is good as I moved to a more aggressive AT tread, which I expected to be louder. It is surprisingly quiet.
Falken AT4W on my Jeep. Highly recommend them for your Jeep
If I'm going to be out in off road or real snowy conditions I want my wildpeaks. It's not as good on the road as the defenders but it's reasonably close.
I can't speak to the defenders here but the Falken I have had 2 sets on my F150 I live in East Central Alberta so we can alot of snow and Ice and I loved the Falkens on Snow, Gravel, in the fields and the highway.
Can’t speak to the defenders but I have E rated Wildpeak AT4Ws and I’m very happy with them. Excellent off road traction and good road performance. No noticeable increase to road noise.
my Nokian One's are better than the OEM Michelin Primacy and Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 4 that I tried.
I had those Falkens, and I miss them; I have Firestone now, and they are ok. I a lot quieter than the Falken, but either way the Falkens are best.
Some of the best tires for the price honestly, love them on my wife’s 2020 1500 and on my 2020 F350 Platinum. Been towing 16K lbs almost daily with them tires and they wear very good! Highly recommended
I have Wildpeak 265/70/17's on my 2016. I just got them in spring so I cannot say what snow performance is. I did lose about 3 MPG. I don't drive the truck much so not a big deal to me. They look great and I hear they get a lot of miles, but we will see.
I had Falkens as replacement tires on my 626. They lasted a disappointingly short while. Next tire shop said they’re infamous for being soft and wearing quickly.
