I’m a cheap ass and I run the Walmart Cooper Discoverer A/T’s at 265/75/16 for $145 a tire. Perfectly fine for my driving which sounds similar to yours

PS4S is the high water mark for Max performance summers for a long time. Competition has caught up. So much so I run the continental ECS02 since it’s a better deal, last longer and has nicer ride.

Pros: nicer ride, last longer
Cons: competition has caught up

Continental tires are popular because they're cheaper than Michelin and Pirelli tires. Contis also last longer.
