I have a 2023 touring with the same problem. Dead battery multiple times within the first few months. The dealership put in a new larger battery (900 cca) Subaru brand, had to take out the factory battery tray to make room for it. No problems as of yet.
Yuasa has been the best for me. Running in Hondas, kawasaki, and Harleys. Shortest life span was 3 years on a ratbob I built that constantly had electrical issues draining my battery.
I really like the Deka ETX12. Point is these batteries are bulletproof. They last longer than any other battery I have ever gotten. I highly recommend them.
Compact size. Lack of excessive processing with the camera. Snapdragon for a reasonable price. Came from pixel 7a. Xperia 5ii (insufficient battery) then 5iii (excessive heat and poor battery), one of these will make a good backup but they're too old so battery doesn't last, now got Xperia 5iv. Very good all rounder. Lovely screen and superb battery. Not dropped under 50 percent yet after a whole day of use.
Maybe last year I got a letter from Subaru Canada saying the battery was being recalled and I could get a replacement.
…After I had already replaced it with an Optima Yellow Top.
Don't get cheap ones!

I get all my batteries in Screwfix. They do Varta brand which are exceptionally good for the price.
The older VARTA battery could only hold a charge for 15 - 30 minutes at the end. It has been in use since January 2020 and was out of use for 8 months in 2022.
ZeniPower battery could still hold a charge for a long time. Estimating 5-7 hours.
Optima batteries suck as of the parent company’s sale about 10 years ago. Dead battery rate tripled in our fleet of cop cars (used for driving instruction).
Think my optima red top is about to give out, it's draining down overnight in the cold
